Anzac Day

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them Another moving Anzac Day. I will never grow weary of Dawn Services and supporting our veterans and servicemen and women. Extra special this year as my son Dale read the student prayer at the march. http://youtu.be/7b2xnaIGw4Y

A Fantastic Weekend

Just spent a fantastic weekend at Country Hart with Helen Stubbings and Melissa Grant. A big thankyou to Robyn Welsh for hosting another wonderful weekend. We received some beautiful projects to create, did the chicken dance and had a lot of laughs.
Ill share some more photos once I finish off all my "started" projects

What a year already.....

In February I made a very rash decision to do a University Degree. Im always looking to learn new things, so I thought "why not" and jumped on in and enrolled before I had time to talk myself out of it. So now on top of working full time, Im doing a Bachelor of Accounting and trying to find time to sew. After 4 weeks of this so far, I think I have found my routine...who needs to do housework heh..Thats what I have put on the back burner..lol. I have finally finished the 2nd Thankful quilt I was making, looks lovely in my bedroom. Ive incorporated a little Roses Bloom into this one.
